www.dvd-to-avi.com Flex Image Software DVD to MPEG is a DUD. They claim is one touch converying from DVDs to MPEG but it does not work. BESIDES THEY OFFER NO E_MAIL SUPPORT, NO TELEPHONE SUPPORT, TECH SUPPORT DOESNT ANSWER ANY QUERIES AND THEY WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. I have ahd the software for 14 days and have converted 0 DVDs (by the way they are DVDs i OWN). The software crashes and fails to recognize DVDs altogether. Its their "supposedly newer version 2.1" that is a facade for their racket to dupe people of their money.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE. I WAS DUPED BY THESE LOOSERS AND I HOPE THIS WILL PREVENT SOME OTHER TECHIES FROM WASTING THEIR 25 $.

Do you, by any chance, have "Record Now" on your computer? It seems to interfere with a lot of software. When I uninstalled it and made sure no other programs were running through the task manager, it made all the difference.

Yeah i have record now. Its not that the software doesnt encode or anything. It doesnt recognize the DVD 6 of 7 times. Then once it did and i ran the encoding the Video and Audio were totally out of sync. It took 18 hrs to decode a single DVD....lol. DivX does it in 2 hrs. In the last 14 days it has decoded like ONE friggin DVD and that too out of sync and last ten minutes missing.....what a laugh of a software. These people should be sued their pants off. Little pop and mom sweatshops operating out of some goddamned place. Anyways just venting and this is after I have been trying to get an answer from them even an acknowledgement about my polite e-mails. Nuthing Nada Zilch. Bloody incompetent fools.

Yea, I've been there too with some software...bought some cheap graphics software that was like that. Crap just didn't work. Really ticks you off!
