It is said to be released sometime in the Spring 2006, haha Microsoft is also planning on releasing Halo 3 the same day heh

spring-jan2007 hey its a great idea to have halo3 come out the same day as the ps3 that will take alot of thunder away from sony

if someone wants to buy a ps3 i dont think that they will just decide not to because halo 3 is coming out sure halo is a great game but if i had to decide between games like tekken and final fantasy against halo i would def go ps3

By the way, it's not confirmed that halo 3 is comming same time ps3 is comming. And the fact that ff12, kingdom hearts 2 and a bunch of other great games are comming out on the ps2 will do the same affect to xbox360.

No what he said anytime from spring(2006) - jan(2007) Which i would think is more realistic.
And no thats not how its always been PS2 was realeased in March(2000) in Japan, then several months later in the US in late October(2000).
So it is plausible to say PS3 will come out a couple months later in the US maybe around Fall-Winter, just in time for christmas.
ALthough u nvr know, this time they may release it earlier in US because of the xbox 360.
Only time will tell

What are you talking about? People who have a xbox360 will be buying xbox360 games. FF12 and KH2 and a bunch of great games are comming out arround the same time xbox360 is comming back in stores. And it will affect on who will buy the 360, or the games. Just as you and w.e say that halo will nulify ps3.ps#?
The ps3 is oging in japan in spring, and after they release it there, we got to wait a month or two.
