Can you burn a dvd that someone else already burnt?

Yes, it is already compressed and as long as it was done on good media and does not have errors all you have to do is copy it again. Use DVD Decrypter if you have it in iso read and then iso write mode and you are done. Or if you have Nero then just use Nero Express and import the files from the DVD.
