most of those are just coincidences...none of them show any evidence that the xbox 360 will actually be just like the dreamcast.

There are a lot of similarities except there is one big difference. Sega was just about broke when it put out Dreamcast. It was there last shot to make money off consoles. Microsoft could lose a couple of billion and it wouldn't phase them.

Well, I must disagree with whoever wrote that article and stated: "Its predecessor was a complete failure."
Sorry, the Sega Genesis was NOT a failure!

also the dreamcast came after the TERRIBLE saturn. also the ps2 cameout 17 months after the dreamcast. also like an earlier post if the x360 doesnt sell cause everyone is buying a ps3 ms can keep a failed system going. and i believe that ms will keep making systems untill it works. and i think we all know that if ms and sony are in a somewat of a lock and just have to wait until their systems make a profit ms will win

It even shows the saturn in the pic where it states that it's predecessor was a failure.

I see. Well I admit the Saturn was a failure. I had actually totally forgotten about the Saturn. The Genesis as I said was by far no failure. Amazing how these systems can go up and down. A lot of it has to do with timing and chance, not always the system.

I think it's funny lol. Well duh if MS loses then they have a bagillion dollars to make it better and what not; they ARE attempting to do just about everything to take over the world it seems.
