I used DVD Decrypter to copy the files for the dvd, I even used DVD Fab Decrytper and when I used DVD Shrink to burn the movie, I got no sound for my special features. All my sound was clicked on to copy them but I only got sound for the main movie and not the special features. Thank you.

If you have no sound for the extras then you might have inadvertently clicked off the audio. To verify highlight the extras and on the right hand side make sure the audio is checked as it will probably be 2 ch

I am new to this site...I hate to say that...but I am having problems with Dukes of Hazzard. I have always used DVD Shrink and Decrypter(the newest versions). I can decrypt the movie and shrink it, but I can't burn with DVD Decrypter, as I usually do. It looks as though it is going to start writing to the disc, but nothing ever gets written and after about 10 minutes of waiting, I give up. I ran AnyDVD behind both of these programs tonight, and still had the same problem. I have used VOBBLANKER before, but I am not sure if I used it properly. Could someone please tell me what I am doing wrong? I have Dukes and Madagascar saved to my hard drive and I just can't seem to burn them. I would appreciate anyone's help. Thanks for any replies.

DVD43, SHRINK, Nero Recode2, with DVD Decrypter and FAB as back up problem solvers. No encryption can survive these software programs when used in accordance with a properly equiped PC. A fast 3.2 Gigahertz Pentium 4 w/HT 200 Gig Hard Drive, and 1Gig of ram.

I'm having the exact same problem as the OP. I ran through DVDdecrypter and opened with Shrink and Recode. The audio doesn't work on the extras or menu even in shrink or recode. I also tried DVD Fab to rip with and had the same results. I'm using XP SP2, 2ghz, 512mb ram. The audio works on the original disc in my standalone player and Nero Showtime. This is very puzzling.

I also just opened the disk with shrink and the audio on the extras doesn't work. Anyone else having this problem?

Ok, now I installed AnyDVD and it is running in the background. I opened the disk with Shrink. The audio doesn't work on any of the extras except the opening WB screen. Everything is ticked. I don't understand how others have been able to get his to work if they for sure have. The audio works fine on the movie itself.

I have a sony DRU-540A drive and it had problems reading both Dukes of Hazzard and Fantastic 4. Shrink and Decrypter both gave me cyclic (?) redundancy errors.
Is there something wrong with my drive?
I ripped F4 on my laptops dvd reader and it worked fine.
Thanks for any help.

Dukes Of Hazzard Unrated has no special protections whatsoever. DVD Decrypter alone can rip this baby flawlessly, after that just have either Nero Recode 2 or DVD Shrink to encode or compress as your usual process and burn it at your own desire burning engines.
Both DOHU and F4 can be ripped by DVD Decrypter via Mode, File F easily without any issues whatsoever period. If you're having trouble ripping with DVD Decrypter, then it is likely that you have a bad pressed, exchange it for another one.

I've had problems with audio too on several movies that had 2 channel audio only on the extras. It doesn't play through Shrink on my PeeCee, but once burnt plays fine on my Mac or my home system, so I don't worry about it anymore. I just make sure when I burn the Extras on a disc, I have all the audio options selected just in case.

i used DVD Decrypter and CloneDVD i have sound in special features for those of u havin no sound but im havin a problem with movie skipping/freezing but only in one spot that it does it not the entire movie ive tried different media but same result.ive tried burning at 1x aswell.a few times it didnt do anything just made me a new coaster,my pc will recognize disc but wont play it.any help plz

it must be my burner then. I've been having lots of problems with backup lately. It won't even read some disc. I guess it's time for a new one. Any recommendations? Brands? Models?

oh and i have a emprex burner it was fairly cheap 40$ at frys.u can get them at outpost.com.its been good so far i use it for movies and xiso's.ive only had one go out while tryin to erase a dvdrw the lens melted but i returned it for a new one

The freezing problem you had was probably due to inferior blank media. Try Verbatim,Taiyo Yuden, Maxell or Sony( Made in Japan)

I just don't understand what I am doing wrong. I'm glad Decryter and Shrink worked for some of you....I always use these 2 programs and have never had a problem. I have followed a ton of different posts. I tried AnyDVD and CLONEDVD2 and I still get the same problems. Everytime I'm ready to write to the disc, it just lloks like it is going through the process but nothing is actually writing - the light in the drive does not come on as well. Dukes, Madagascar, and WOTW...three movies I have on my hard drive right now and I can't dop anything with. I might not be the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I can usually get it after awhile. Now I am stumped. The best Christmas present for me to get this year would be for someone to help me figure out what the heck I'm doing wrong! I'm going nuts!

i tried different media i used maxell dvdrw's had the same skip problem just in a different scene all of my other movies work fine that i know of atleast the ones ive watched.i let my brother watch skeleton key he said it skipped aswell but i havent seen it yet.

i havent had any problems with DVD Decrypter and CloneDVD except on lords of dogtown which i used dvdfab to get it to work.ive used these the programs on WOTW it worked fine no problems.i didnt like madagascar i feel asleep in theater so i didnt get it but i read theres been probs it too but theres been a few ppl whove gotten it to work.have u ever gotten any movies to burn?maybe get a new burner if its not that then return it doesnt hurt to try atleast ull know then if u need a new one or not.oh and another thign i use CloneDVD not clonedvd2.

I had no problem using only DVD4free and Clonedvd2. I guess their were no CSS keys to remove cause I did not use AnyDVD in the process.
