Allright so I'm trying to make a memory card exploit, and I did the whole Independence Compiler thing, now I just need to burn the files with Nero. My question is do I burn the whole IS folder the compiler created, or do I just burn the ISCentral file that is in the folder?

Am not sure what this IS folder is, is this a folder created using Independence Compiler? If it is then open Nero and select CD-ROM (ISO) and drag all files/folders from your main folder were the exploit was created. You can also download the up2date version of Independence Compiler which creates a .bin & a .cue file which can be burnt using Nero, all you have to do is select the speed.

Do you have a way of booting the CD? MODCHIP? SWAPMAGIC?

You will need a way of booting the CD to put the exploit onto the MC
