I have a DVD that I need to rip and convert from R2 to R1 and also from PAL to NTSC. I understand that this is possible in both respects. Which do I do first? And what is the best program to accomplish these goals? Do I need different programs? Any help is appreciated. This site rocks.

Use DVDShrink to make it Region free then Nero to convert from PAL to NTSC.
