the movie noel will not play on any dvd player in the house but will play on the computer is there a way to get it to play on the stand alone dvd player

Can you supply more details, what type of disc are you using +R or -R and what brand of disc. Some players are picky as to the type of format they play

open the disk through my computer and click on your drive it will tell you the contents of the disk and there file associations!

if these are not video & audio_ts files then your player cannot recognize the format or your media type (-r+r etc..)

if it is video_ts files then it is your media type and that is a simple copy to hd copy to new media!
