right this has neva happend to me before but here we go. i got the new need for speed game (most wanted)and i was loading it up and you get all ya videos introducing the game well i couldnt be bothard to watch them, so as you do u press a button or the start button on the ps2 pad to skip it. lol it wasn't working. then it loaded it up and no buttons worked atall. i swaped a ps2 pad and it worked for a bit but only at the main menu, start button worked but none of the others did. so i thought..... lets try some other games and they worked without any problems. note this is an oringinal ps2 game.

are you using a DUALSHOCK 2 controler or a ps1 controler?

i have and the start button only works on that, the other buttons dont. and ive tired the ps1 controller and nothing there either???
