Asus TV FM Card

I just bought a Asus TV FM card and it won't work. I installed the Asus Home theater and ran through the setup and i can see or hear anything. I have a splitter that is going to my tv and my computer for the coax cable. I plug my coax cable in the card correctly. Can anyone help me? I have windows xp, P4, 128mb video card and tons of hard drive space. Thanks
