your brother probably deleted the evoxdash.xbe file and now it is bootin the xboxdash.xbe which is the ms dash. goto xbins and download slayers install disk. then burn it to a DVD-R. you can use this to install dashes, apps, or even do a clean install, but most important if it boots in your xbox cdrom you can use the evox dash that it boots to ftp.

create an evox boot disc...boot your xbox up to that disc, from there you can ftp...browse through your hd, make sure all necessary files are there.

use qwix instead of craxtion...qwix is very simple and easy to use.

or if you have slayer's autoinstaller, you can just boot that up and you have ftp access from there.

either way once you get your disc made, boot it up and you will have ftp access.

just go to the link that i gave you and follow the directions...it is a very simple procedure, you will create your own evox boot disc in about 15-20min.

slayer's has a password that is located on their website...if the slayer's you have is authentic the password will work and you should be able to burn the image.

if i were you i would just follow that guide i gave you and just create your own evox boot disc, it is very simple.
