A wireless ethernet bridge or wireless gaming adapter will do the trick, with proper configuration of course. A wireless router in client mode (I do this one) will work as well, but this is more for advanced users, and I won't go into detail here.

You can run it through a PCI card by bridging the wired ethernet on the computer with the WiFi PCI card. In the network properties pannel, highlight both adapters, right click one of them, and select bridge connections.

Do you have any idea where to buy a wirless gaming adapter for ps2? That or can I somehow run an ethernet cord into my wirlessly connected laptop and connect that to my ps2? That would probably be easier and cheaper wouldn't it?

if you wanna go the laptop route then you'll need to have 2 network cards on the laptop (one wireless and one wired) and use internet connection sharing and use a crossover cable to connect the ps2 to the wired network card on your laptop.

I've got a netgear DG834G wirless ADSL router which is connected to my broadband connection. Now I've stupidly bought another wirless router of ebay on the cheap before really looking into the units spec or if it was possible to use this second unit to connect my PS2 wirelessly to the first one to get online. I know I should have gone for the a proper ethernet bridge like the net gear weg111 but thought if i had a router I could then attach future ethernet enabled products like meadia plays/TVs ect where the Wge111 only has the one port. Now I have been told that it is posible to turn off DCHP on the second router and actually get this setup to work but I need a bit more details of setting up my second router which is a netgear MR814 can any one help. Also I've noticed that this second router is only rated at 11mbs wireless and not the new faster standard 54 mps will this effect my game play I've only got a 1 Mb broadband connection anyway. Should I keep it boxed up and bang it back on e-bay.

ricardo, the only I would see it working is if you can have a wireless wan connection on one of the routers. All wireless routers I've seen have a wired wan port. I can't think of any other way it'd work wirelesly. the whole 54mbps/11mbps should not be an issue because you don't even get close to 11mbps on residential lines (although there are some isps that have 10mbps). Maybe someone else that has tried this can shed some light on the subject.
