So I got the Memory Card Exploit on my PS2, and now I'm wondering to put games on the HD, do I have to put the HD in the computer, or can I put it in a USB Enclosure, and use Winhiip to transfer games to it that way? I don't really want to open up my computer. Please help, I've almost got it.

Never mind, found that answer, but new question.
Can I use winhiip to transfer over roms to my HD?
If not is there a way to do that with my HD connected to the computer?

no, u cant transfer files with winhiip, but there is a program able to that called psf explorer.......

Actually, I use WinHiip to transfer files to my PS2 HD. Like you, I'm using an external HD enclosure because it's too much hassle to open up the tower.
