I installed DVD43 and then 1click dvd and successfully backed up two of my DVD's. Several days later my copy of DVD43 was no longer in the tray, NOR was it in its folder or anywhere else on the hard drive.
The DVD43 folder is still on the hard drive, but it only contains a reame file and an uninst file.
I downloaded DVD43 again and reinstalled it, but the same sequence of events happened again.
Does anyone know what is zapping this file off my computer??
I am using XP Media SP2 with an Intel 630 cpu.

have you scanned for viruses, malware and spyware...
have you read the uninstall log...
have you got any other programs that have an impact on your software installations...
