i know i can back up my movies with no extras so when i put it in the movie starts with nothing but the movie but can i backup gladiator with the extras i mean the whole movie with menus?

Welcome to the forum. You can do the whole disk. Just make sure you have the DVD Target size set to Custom and the size set to 4300 and then click on Full Disk. Gladiator was large so I would use the Deep analysis and the AEC setting to Max Smootness so you hopefully will not get Pixels
