Every time I try to open a .d2v file with TMPGEnc it says that it cannot open it or it is unsupported. DVD2AVI is installed and in the TMPGEnc VFAPI plugin screen DVD2AVI Project File Reader 1.76 is checked. It worked fine on my other computer but it won't on this one. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Might be a very stupid question but hey, have to ask it, when you save the .d2v file, do you close DVD2AVI? because you cant, it must stay open!!

It was a stupid mistake. I ripped the dvd on one computer but I wanted to run it through TMPGEnc on a different one. So I copied the .d2v file over but I forgot about all the other files that DVD2AVI makes.
