HELP Converting RAM to VCD/DVD Please

Is there anyone out there that can help me solve my small problem please, I have a Panasonic DVD recorder, and record onto RAM discs to edit. I Have a DVD writer on my PC that can read RAM, so I can copy the files across to my hard drive. Is there anyway that I can convert the RAM files (I think they are vr files) to VCD or some other format so I can burn them onto DVD-R
