Rendering Problems with Cyberlink PowerDirector 4.0

Hi,
Tried to render a few minutes worth of footage but for some reason, (this has happened twice now) the program cannot render 100%. The more footage I delete the farther it gets to but always stops at 99% at best and forces me to abort).

This program is very good for quick things but for some reasons this bug started happening to the same scene I try to render.

There are Jpg's, effects, avi, mpgs, and mp3's in the timeline if that provides some more details.

My other alternative is to use my other software Canopus Edius 3 to redo the thing but Canopus is missing some of the effects I need. Maybe someone knows where I can get those maybe?
