Missing variou audio tracks using Recode2

I have run into a problem that I have not encountered before. I successfully ripped March of the Penguins using DVD Decrypter. However, when I use Nero Recode2 to backup I loose the audio on all the "Extras". The main movie audio is ok, but I am curious as to why there would be no audio on the Extras. When I play the ripped files through Nero Showtime, all audio is present for all clips so I guess that DVD Decrypter did it's job ok.
