Burned mdf/mds file to disc. Program installed. Asks for correct disc to play????

Okay, I got Fifa06 in a mdf/mds file. Used alcohol120 to burn image to DVD(it was 1 3.5 gig gile). Program installed fine, but when I go to run the exe to start the game, it asks me to insert the correct disc??? Also, when I go to windows explorer and try and look at the contents of the disc in my drive, it pretty much locks up and won't let me see any files in the drive, Any suggestions? Thanks.
