Make an iso from a copyrighted application DVD?

Hi guys, does anyone know which software will let me make a copy of my software DVDs????
I have been trying to make a copy & an ISO but havent found any software that will so.
I have tried the usual like Nero, DVDDecrypter and Alcohol 120% but none will copy it. I keep getting an 'READ ERROR' message or the final image im left with is to big to fit on a dvd!

Can anyone help???

PS.
The software im trying to backup is 'EWQL - COLOSSUS' if that helps any?!
