DGIndex says Block Error...Is there a problem?

Hi...I would be grateful If anybody could tell me what does Block Error mean after I load 2 x VOB.Files into DGindex and click Save Project....It appears at the bottom of the Panel to the right....Does it mean an audio problem ....the setting I am using is "Decode ac3 track to wav ".....Thanks HH.
