manual resuming kazaa downloads

so i accidentally hit cancel on a download and it lost record of the bytes it had already downloaded and started the whole download over. is it possible to use those FLEXlm files(that are there until the complete file gets there) to resume the previous download?

No not after you canceled it, it would delete the .dat file. You could have tried a file recovery but unfortunately, you would have to try it within minutes of the delete to get it back fully and even at that you may not have gotten kazaa to resume it anyway!
