there is a man on ebay selling a psp it is a 'Japanese version 2.0'. i am happy to downgrade the firm ware but is it possible to change the language???

how hard will it be.

plz reply quick as i will only buy the item once u lot have conformed that language can be changed easily!!!

yes u can change it in the opition. it take around 30-60 seconds to change teh lanauge.

you CAN change language. When you just get it you can select time/date, time region and LANGUAGE.

if you already started, go to settings (the briefcase) and then System Setiings (the PSP and the wrench) and the first up (nest to Nihongo (japanese)) should be it. Change it to ENGLISH (or ENGRISH if you prefer).

also if you downgrade with the psp firmware 1.50 us version it will convert the japanese psp into a u.s.a psp

thanks for da help.

i am just gonna have trouble finding the settings on the menu as it will be all in japanese!!! LOL
i will figure it out, or i will just downgrade it straight away!

can anybody tell me where a good reliable downgrader/upgrader can be downloaded from???

This a the real MPH downgrader not a fake psp bricker. I used this on 2 psp and both worked fine!

as i have wireless router compatible with the psp once set up, if i connect using the browser oon the 2.0 firmware version will i be promtped to upgrade?

if on any network thingy website or whatever sony realizes i am not updated will it ask to update or will it automatically upgrade???

ok, the downgrader is perfect. no i am stuck on 1.5 version. can someone just give me a link to upgrade from 1.5 to 2.0. there are a few on the site. one is japanese. can i have a uk one if not u.s?

thanks alot, link asap would be great as i am waiting. where can i get the psp browser from to work on the psp? on version 2.0
