I can't seem to get this to work. I put in a DVD, and get to the startup screen. I click START, and it immediately takes an error, wants me to fill out a report, and then exits. I can use DVDDecrypter just fine. ANy ideas?

Try uninstalling + re-installing it, also make sure your using an updated version.

Sounds to me like it's something with Windows, a confict somewhere

Yes, it recognizes the DVD. But as soon as I click the start button, I get the error, send us an email window.

Here's some other interesting info. This has NEVER worked on my desktop...it behaves this way every time I try it. I installed it on my laptop, and it worked 1 time. I'm trying to do Las Vegas, Season 1 Disk 2 (a 2 sided disk). I couldn't get side B to run on the laptop either (same behavior as the desktop). However, when I tried side B, I got the same thing as on the desktop; click start and get the error, send us an email window. However, if I put the DVD in the drive on the desktop, and run DVDFab Decrypter on the laptop (pulling the files accross the network) it starts normally, but then gets an error (4101) after decrypting about 200MB. Sure wish I could get this working right!

If this happens to all dvds, then maybe you have a software conflict 'cos there are really not many things to set for DVD Fab Decrypter.
