Seems like a pretty good burner. I've never had an NEC, so my opinion is limited. I would also recommend looking into a Benq 1640. It is a very reliable DL burner and it's only a couple bucks more than the NEC.

Whichever one you choose, you'll want to make sure that the firmware is up to date when you get it. If it's not, you can get the update from the link in my sig.

thnks for that and i bought a io magic dvd burner and it's $30 after a $50 rebate.And iburned quite a few games thnks a lot.
