kazaa file read error on startup

I get a small error box that says file read error and nothing else. I've noticed that kazaa says I am not sharing files and I haven't had very many uploads since this message. And my particpant level is not increasing. I have verified the path to my shared files and have restarted and even downloaded 2.1. Any ideas?

I dont like kazaa for anything besides mp3. You should get Kazaa Lite K++ Edition, no spyware/adware/stealware etc etc and you have a 1000 particiapation level all the time!! http://www.k-lite.tk
