i tried installing daemon tools 4 and get this error (the device scsi/raid controller cannot be stopped right now)

I dont know why. Please help me fix this problem

Do you have any other virtual drive software installed? This includes Elby VCD and Alcohol 120. That error message seems to indicate that some other program is currently accessing the virtual SCSI controller and it needs to be disabled before dtools can install.
