Well, I bought an mp3 player about a week ago, and it (obviosuly) came with a USB cord. I wondered if the cord would fit in to my cell phone to store my text messages in to my pc. I have about 90 text messages on my inbox and my cell phone is beginning to tell me that the memory is going low. What I want to do is store my text messages in my P.C, and delete them on my cell phone. Don't want to delete my messages for personal reasons. Very important to me, basically. Anyway, I plugged the USB in to my cell phone and it fit. I got a "Found New Hardware" Message and an installation window came up.

My problem: I don't have anything (i.e: Installation disc) to getthe software running. Are there any downloads to get the software so I could succesfully put my text messages in my pc?

Any help would be appreaciated, and I know this problem has been asked before in a different form... All the downloads were dead links, though, and the ones that were working I was too frightened that I was downloading something for the wrong reasons.

I would feel much safer for people posting downlaods specifically on my problem.
