Hey everyone, I'm new to Afterdawn, this is my first post here.

Anyways, I've just formatted my computer. Before I formatted it I could play nearly all types of media (mp3, MKV, AVI etc) but now I can't play MKVs. I've installed everything I had before which was Lazy Man's MKV and K-Lite Codec Pack.. But it doesn't work. The only difference that I have from last time is my graphics card.. How do I know if it's my graphics card? I seem to be doing everything right.

When I try to play an MKV file in Media Player Classic, it just reallys lags up my computer and stays on the 'loading'. I've tried other various codec packs like the XP codec pack and the K-Lite Mega pack.

I have read the sticky thread here aswell.

Can anyone help me out please?

- Thank you in advance.
