So I got an ISO and put it on DVD. It wouldnt work becus I the screen kept rolling and flickering. I could hear and see a tiny bit of video. So I found that it was a PAL game that I was playing on NTSC format. So I found a program to change it to NTSC, but now, whenever I play, the screen goes black after it shows Playstation 2.
Now I have no idea what to do and i've already scrapped like 5 discs just experimenting. So can someone help me plz? Thx.

I'm just curious. What program did you use to convert the PAL video to NTSC?

make sure you have good media dvd-r:maxell,taiyo yuden,verbatim,etc burn 8x DVD-R at 4x using dvd decrypter
