My Ps2 will not even boot with pieces out, the laser doesnt move, nothing happens.

please help me.

here is my ps2 and the parts circled are were the swap magic tools go. the one closest to the front is jammed so the i didnt need the peice.

i have the areas circled were the swap magic pieces make the ps2 not know its open or i kinda guessed.

this is another part wich i think is not working right

i think i need a new one of these.
