how do u find out what kind of modchip u have in ur ps2

hmmm I dont think you cand find it out just like that, the solution I figured s open your Ps2 lol But I'm a noob so I dont know, For me it;s pretty easy, when I got my PS2 chipped I got a sticker that came with it so I can put it on the Ps2 lol

well i really only know of 3 ways

1. ask the people you bought it from
2. open up your PS2, find the chip, and look for the info written on it and search to find out what kind it is.
3. if any kind of logo or writing comes up on your screen when loading a game, other than the normal Playstation logo, that may tell you. Like a DMS4 chip says Toxic with a picture of a skull.
