Question # 1 I have macromedia Flash player installed version 7,0,14,0 is this the right program if I want to learn how to back up my dvd collection when I downloaded it I right clicked, scrolled down, to encoding then I saw western European ISO was checked and I saw unicode (UTF-8) which one do I need

Question # 2 ASPI layer version V4.71.2 should I download It also ? meaning is this the version I need

first of all, why on earth would you want to back up your dvd collection to CD R? are you talking about saving it as an ISO image and then burning it too VCD or SVCD? if you want to back up your dvd's you should use DVD media. You are going through way to much trouble.
