I just bought a new ps2 slim a week ago, and ordered magic switch pro
with the extra tool d, but the tool d woudnot fit and tool c wont fit either, and im not even sure if I fit tool a on properly, so i
resorted to putting a small piece of tape where tool d goes, tool b
in place(could i use tape where tool b goes?, and also where tool a
goes?)and tool a in place. The games would spin and make a little noise, but wont load up, what could i be doing wrong? The tape i put
on where tool d goes didnt seem to press down hard enough on that tiny little switch. Im thinking of buying a slim line flip top, but
fear that it wont work either with my new model ps2, spch 750001, bought dec. 13,2005. I fear that these newer models are not going to
work with flip top. Please Help. Should I go ahead and order a flip top slim, and does anyone know of a good site to buy from. And does
flip top work with these latest models?

Try a tape and tissue mod: tape and tissue mod: From Pretense: If the fliptop doesn't work, just give up on it and do a tape and tissue mod. Open up your case again and tape the back sensor (toward the upper left and beneath the hinge part of the lid) with duct tape or even regular Scotch tape (I use several layers to be on the safe side), put the case back together, and stuff a small ball of tissue into the hole for the front sensor (lower right just above the power button).

my tape and more tape

Just about the same, just a change on Censor 'A' and Censor 'B'

Censor B - http://img393.imageshack.us/img393/572/dsc010703xc.jpg
keep the top closed, while you tape down the disk stopper, using a few layers of duct tape

Censor A - http://img393.imageshack.us/img393/4342/dsc010698we.jpg
use tiny strips of duct tape to patch over the tiny censor. I used a screwdriver to help put on the tape.
