Hdloader and ISO's

I have an hdloader and WinHIIP7.3. I got an ISO from a friend that he burnt to a cd compressed with Rar. When I unzip it and get an ISO i put my hard drive in my PS2 and use WinHIIP to transfer the ISO to my computer but it doesn't work.

Maybe the FFX XII demo doesn't work on Hdloader. But if it does why won't it work. I have saved ISO's from my hard drive and put other peoples hard drive and put them on their hard drive with no problem.

Anyone have any answers?
