Are the videos downloaded, and what are their formats (eg. mpeg, avi)?

Hi there,
You probably running out of virtual memory.
You using the freeware v0.5.2b preview version, or the latest v1.99.24 ?
Post a full DivXtoDVD.log, maybe there's something in there that will help us see what's going on !
Having issues with all files, or just these ones ?

Hi there,
You can find the log file in
C:\Program Files\VSO\divxtodvd\divxtodvd.log
The information box will show you what format it would choose *IF* you select AUTO for the TV Aspect.
If you force it to 4:3, it will encode it in 4:3
