How do you burn after a pal to ntsc conversion??

I downloaded a game that was in pal and i also downloaded a the pal to ntsc with y-fix converter. When i convert the image(.iso) with the program, i get a new file which is SLES_535_.42.bak\

The file's located in C:\Documents and Settings\Matthew\Local Settings\Temp\SLES_535.42.bak

How do i burn thisa or is there something else that I'm supposed to do to it?

As far as I know, if the conversion was successful, you should just burn the actual game file (file you just converted, not the .bak file).
