Best Buy has an unadvertised sale on Verbatim Lightscribe 10 pack for $7.99

It will not be noticed until time to ring up....

Awesome Deal..

I just got a lightscribe burner yesterday and "etched" my first movie; Mr & Mrs Smith and then War of Worlds today. Both look good but are still a little hazy like.

I am using the best setting on the Sonic Express Labeler.....am I missing anything...

If you burn the image a second time, you will get better contrast.

so you are saying I can burn the image 2x and it will cleanly overlap the original?

Yes, even if you take it out for a week and put it back in. The laser reads the registration marks near the hub to determine precisely where to burn the image.

I picked up 1 of those packs. I pulled my HP 640c lightscribe out and put my benq in its place.Huge stand alone compatability issues.

I burned 1 of those lightscribe verb + yesterday using my Benq 1640 and took it over to my dad's to use his HP 640c for the etching and it looked very good. I even put his name on it along with the original cover.

I just may have to pull my Litey dvd-rom drive out and re-install that 640c drive and use it for reading and the scribing.
