DVDFab Decrypter is suddenly much faster

After support for DVD Decrypter became unavailable, I switched to DVDFAB Decrypter with fairly good resuts. I've updated whenever updates became available (currently using Ver 2.9.6.2) and have noticed something good, but strange.

When I fiurst started using DVDFab Decrypter, it would take about 2 hours to rip a DVD. After installing an update (don't remember which one) it slowed to about 4 hours per disc. Now it ripping really quickly...15 minutes or less. I'm not complaining but it just seems odd. In fact, this latest increase in ripping speed didn't even coincide with the latest update. It just seemingly improved on it's own.

Like I said, I'm not complaining....just wondering if anyone knows what's behind this behavior?

I am not totaly sure, but the last update may have had a firm ware update in it. This made my system run faster when I updated the firm ware for 1clickdvd. Much faster than it was before.
