DVD Decrypter Error

I have backed up to my C drive, successfully, Moto X Kids. I then attempted to burn it using DVD Dectypter. I keep getting an error stating "FAILED TO RESERVE TRACK! CANNOT FORMAT MEDIUM - UNSUPPORTED MEDIUM WRITE SPEED"

I then attempted to back up other movies and it will not write...at all. I know it's not my DVD's I'm using as they are the same DVD's that I've used to back up about 100 other movies...Can someone help what may be wrong? I have "CHECKED FOR UPDATES" and there are none available...

Additionally, I have since "UNINSTALLED" my DVD-Decrypter and followed the link found here to get my new copy - but there are three of them, which is best? I don't see a link to just download good 'ol DVD-DECRYPTER...

An update to my last post - I have downloaded ANYDVD and IMGBURN. I am getting the same error message when trying to write movies to a disc... :(

I have found a thread with a member having the exact same issue. I have joined that thread -
