I have been using dvddcryptor and dvdshrink with great success until a few dvds today. I keep geting vob errors on Valiant and The Great Raid. I did a search on google and found this place

I installed the anydvd and downloaded dvdfabdcryptor. So which of all my programs do I keep using for best results? Any other suggestions?

Welcome to the forum. What you have hit recently is the new Ripguard protection. I use AnyDVD and also use DVDFAB Decrypter if I am going to do the movie w/ Shrink . If I am going to use DVD-RB then I use DVDDecrypter along w/ AnyDVD and then if needed VobBlanker to remove the files that are bad. There are many ways to do the movies but the safe approach is to use AnyDVD

So just run AnyDVD then run dvd decryptor and burn with shrink?

NO. I am using DVDD a little differently than you would . Just use AnyDVD along w/ Shrink and you should be OK. If there are any problems w/ the movies more than likely it will have been mentioned here on the forums and we can usually get a workaround for you

Here http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/273848 is a good thread about "The Great Raid". So far 2 members said it's a success using VobBlanker (yes... the PROCESS #2 method I provided works) to process them bad sectors or protected sectors with encrypted by Macrovision's RipGuard.

I haven't done either "Valiant or The Great Raid", but so far it works for them.

Did "Great Raid" tonight 2 ways. Used DVDDecrypter along w/ AnyDVD and then used VobBlanker and then processed w/ DVD-RB. Also tried it w/ AnyDVD along w/ Shrink and it processed properly. "Great Raid" does have the new Ripguard Protection on it
