PAL 2 NTSC Y-FIX Help

i got the pal ver. of gun and it doesnt have a video select screen. so i backed it up and applied a universal pal to ntsc + y-fix patch. pal and ntsc modes work but the y-fix option makes the game jam. is there a way i can get it to boot with the proper screen alignment?

More than likely, you will not be able to get the screen alignment perfect. The best thing you could do is to try changing the y-fix settings to see if it gets any better.

Does increaseing the value for the y-fix form 48, move the screen higher or lower? I need to move the screen just a bit higher to se the last line of text what setting should i use.
