Hello,

For some reason I cannot update a specific contact information. When I try to save the file I get an error saying "Internal MAPI error: illegal parameter was transferred to MAPI function. Turn to the system manager."

what version of outlook express are you using

are you using the 2003 version that came with office xp 2003

or are you using the no longer supported version of office xp 2002 version of outlook express

also what operating system??

what service pack

and how much memory
