I have bought one premodded PSTwo recently. The chip is DMS4 Lite. It will be gift for my son and before giving it, I would like to make it ready to use. I guess I have to install ToxicBios 1.4. I understood that firstly I should burn a cd. I found clear explanation at DMS webside how to burn, but I do not know what to do after burning the CD. Just will I put the CD into PSTwo and let it run? If I do wrongly, is it possible to load ToxicBios SW again? Sorry about my silly questions, really I do not have any experience in the PSTwo field and just I want to make the PSTwo ready for my son. Thanks.

yes, you got it right.
Just burn the toxicBIOS V1.4 to a CD
Burn the Cue file that you downloaded and don't worry about the others as the cue file will tell the burner how and what to do.
then after the CD is burned you just stick it in the PS2 and
let it load, it will ask you if you want to do it and you just
press X. When it is done it will tell you to reset it.

But i would check to see if it is already there, and what version it is. I have never seen a premodded PS2 with a chip that did not already have the flash.

try this:
turn on the PS2 and hold down the square button on the controller
If Toxic is on it you should get taken to the Toxic options
screen. If you do i would just leave it alone and not worry about flashing the chip just yet.
I tried ToxicBIOS V1.4 and had problems getting some games to load,
then again i have a DMS4 Pro and should be using the ToxicOS
and not the ToxicBIOS which could have caused that.
But i used ToxicOS V0.2 for a year, even after they came out with updates, and it still worked just fine.

Yessssss, I did. Thanks steimy.

Final silly questions. When I turn on the PSTwo, original Sony menu comes. During power-up, if I hold the square button, I enter Toxic menu. There are several options under Toxic menu.
1. In order to play backup games, which mode I should select?
2. Every time should my son hold the square button to enter Toxic menu?
