Hi, welcome to AD.
I would recommend that you check out the guide in my signature for DVDdecrypter and DVDshrink. It is most helpful. Use the settings provided and the step by step instruction and you will have success.

what choice of media are you using? certain types, aka.. memorex, phillips, dynex, hp, cheap media like that will give you poor results. use high quality media like verbatim, fuji, ty, maxell, sony (made in japan)

Thanks, what media are you using. Sometimes if you burn too fast it will cause the problems that you mention, or if you burn too close to the edge of the media. Make sure that you set your target in shrink to 4300 and that you burn no faster than 4x.
Like gear79 says, get some quality media like Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim, maxell.
Cheers.

What is the name of the movie? DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter are no longer being updated so they can't handle some of the newer copy protection out there. You may need an addition prog such as DVDFab Decrypter or DVD43 to crack that disc.
And I will say what gear79 and 9mmruger1 have already said just to reinforce the fact...make sure you use some good media and don't burn too close to the edge of the disc(set target size to 4300), and last but not least don't burn at more than 4X.
And if these suggestions don't work please ask ruger and gear for help they don't mind...LOL
