I use the guide kindly supplied by BBMayo for backups. This has been seamless until recently when the option ( under select backup target on Decrypter) no longer includes " burn with Decrypter " . Can anyone please tell me why this has disappeared and how to put it back ?

You probably have the burn with Nero ticked. See below, located in shrinks preferences.
