All right I finnaly got my network adapter. But I am having trouble with the getting my computer to reconize it and running Hd advance on the HD. the HD is really just to play with since I had it laying around it's only 10 GB but that really should'nt pose a problem should it

I configured the network adapter with auto settings and manual with no luck It did connect to the internet when I had it pluged into the router but when I connect it dirrectly to my computer is does'nt reconize it.
I've been working on this for about 4 hrs now and I'm getting fustrated.

I downloaded HD advance and used swap magic to boot it up It's HDadvance v1.00 so I'm not sure if it's just the software
I also tried to configure my Internet protocol but that did'nt seem to help either.

Can someone point me in the direction of how to correctly do all of this or give me some info ?

What are you trying to do? Get hd advance to work, or get on the internet?

Well both really I can get on the internet which I did last night and played a game. But I also want HD advance to work and cannot get it to work It will boot up but after I copy a game to the HD I go to play it and it goes to a black screen and nothing happens. It's HD advance ver 1.00 BTW. But I also tried using HDloader on my computer and I can'nt get it to reconize the PS2 I tried setting up the network adapter manual and auto but I can't get it to "talk" to my compy thru our home network or directly I read somewhere a cat 5 patch cord might not be able to allow this but I would'nt understand why it's basicly a small controlled network atleast between the compy and PS2. I would really like to be able to plug it into the router that way I don't need to mess with cords everytime I want to do something. Any info on this would be great maybe a tutorial I did see one but I'm pretty sure I tried everything on it and still no deal.
