Burning CDS from digital camera

I am trying to burn a cd with pictures and videos I took with my digital camera.. When I try to burn it to a cd , it will not play on the dvd player. What am I doing wrong. How can I get it to play on the dvd. Any help will be appreciated.

Please read up on how to create an SVCD with Nero. That should solve your problem.
