Can anyone tell me if its possible to attach a hard drive to a ps2
slims ethernet port? I've got the hard drive running through the USB
port but USB 1.1 is way to slow.
Ther are standalone network drives available, but I don't know
if they would interface correctly.

Noit wont work, USBadvance wont detect the HD, but it depends, what software are you using to boot the games of your hard drive?

I am using HD Advance to access the hard drive through the USB port.
I know this software wont work, but what would could be done to get
the ps2 to recognize the hard drive through the ethernet port?

Im not sure, but how are you going to connect the hard drive to ur ps2 through the ethernet port anyway?

I would use a standalone network hard drive.

ok, as far as i know, i dont think there is a software available to connect a hard drive to ur ps2 through ur ethernet port and copy games on it.
